F21 Batwing Top

Sheer batwing top with wide neckline and banded hem from Forever 21. It has a gold/jewel print and measures approximately 24” long from shoulder to hem and 14” unstretched across the waist. The bust measurement is fairly open due to the wider sleeve structure. Size large; like new. Fabric tag missing but it feels like a poly or rayon blend.
