F21 Blue and White Off-the-Shoulder Flowy Crop Top

The first two pictures are taken by me. Since I don't have any pictures of myself wearing this top, I've provided pictures worn by a model to give you an idea of how it looks like when wearing it. The top is very flowy and has a very similar texture as a breathable dress shirt. The bottom of the sleeves and the bottom of the top has soft pom poms sewn across it. LIKE NEW.
