F21 High Low Skirt - heather blue/grey

This skirt is adorable. Flowy, comfy, flattering. Heather grey/heather blue color. There is a second layer / slip as shown in the last pic because the material is so light. Waist is scrunched / folded. This is gently worn, material is soft. Ive tried wearing with gladiator sandals & with a tucked in tank because I wasn’t sure how else to wear the folded waist on this. Little too big for me, I’m a size 4 in pants. Happy to answer any questions ✌🏻
