Breezy cotton blend tunic/swim cover up from Forever 21 with pretty embroidery and pin tucked details. It’s airy and gauzy and slightly sheer and measures approximately 19” unstretched across the bust and 32” shoulder to hem. No rips, stains, or other flaws to note. Size large, fitting an 8 to smaller 12 best.
