Off the shoulder burgundy/plum dress. Wore to a fancy holiday work party and everyone asked where it was from! They were so surprised it was forever 21! This runs small I'm normally a 26 in jeans and xs-s in tops. I have a 26 inch waist, so this is more like a size small.
