F21 embroidered black dress

This adorable black dress features a flattering empire waist and white embroidery along the sides, bottom, sleeves, and neckline. It is a bit sheer, but is totally cute with a tank underneath. It's really quite versatile! It is only lightly worn, although there is minimal fraying in the embroidery at the front (pictured). 100% polyester.
