I own 3 of them and love to dress them up with Bohemian High-Waisted Pants or jeans. You can also put it over your favorite Sports Bra and head to the gym. You can adjust the tightness of the wraps to your liking. I like mine to be as tight as possible for a better hold and hug. FYI: I am a 38DDD. Though I am a sz. XL in tops, I wanted this to be form-fitting so I down sized to a Medium. And yes, I have tried wearing this with and without a bra. When I wear without a bra I use pasties for some coverage, but again, depending on how tight it is the better the hold.
