@slportanova I would say it certainly might fit you! It’s good that you’re 5’3” because I would consider this dress to be pretty short — I’m 5’8” and it’s more of a tunic than a dress on me. The band across the shoulders is pretty elastic and the openings at the wrists are relatively tight, so although I’m not positive what size frame it fits I don’t think it would be a problem.

Also, the waist is cinched in solely with the belt so you could adjust it to be as tight as you’d like. It will probably fit loosely on the rest of you (arms and bottom hem), but that’s how it’s supposed to look in my opinion. I can’t attest to whether a small would fit better than the medium in this case (small might actually be too short), but I do think it could work. Hope this helps!
