@plumstreet hi! So I took the following measurements with the dress laying flat:
Hip 21” - widest part before the flounce
Waist 16”
Bust 19” - this was the most difficult due to having gathers (as seen in picture above)
The neckline from top of waistband to bottom of “V” is 7.5” The raised neckline did not impact the height of waist; it just made the dress less revealing than pictured on the model.
