FANCY Cupcakes and Cashmere cold shoulder dress

Brand new with tags! This is really pretty. Nice shade of blue. Long sheer sleeves with light elastic/ruffle at the ends. Thin adjustable shoulder straps. The dress is fully lined with the sheer overlay and sheer large accents. Side zipper. The length on mannequin is approx 35”, but obviously can be adjusted a little by straps. LP
