FAO Black / Red Velvet and Tulle Dress

This gorgeous dress has been sitting upstairs for quite some time. I bought it for my daughter, put it in the back of the closet, and promptly forgot about it. Sadly. But this beauty has a new baby's name written all over it. The velvet bodice and tulle skirt make this special for a formal occasion, or possibly even baby portraits. In case it matters, the print on the Babies 'R' Us originated tag has mostly worn off.
