Currently, all of my listings are items that I cleared out of my closet or was purchased by me. I don’t currently sell wholesale, although I may sell sample sale items I meant to use and ended up having extras. I live in NYC so I shop sample sales kind of frequently.
Clothing comes to you either NWT in pristine unused condition or lightly worn, but cleaned and washed. I don’t iron or rewash before sending so what you see is what you get!

Shoes are wiped down and cleaned inside as best as possible before being put up for sale, so what you see is what you get.
Handbags are in excellent condition, but jewelry may have light tarnishing.
All items are sold as is, but I never put anything that I don’t truly believe is wearable on sale. Everything is in very good to pristine quality.
My house is smoke free.

I try to ship ASAP but I do work 9-5 so pieces purchased at night are shipped first thing in the morning, pieces purchased during the day are shipped the next day! You can always ask me when I can ship something in comments and I’ll try to answer ASAP!

On the fence? Need more measurements or pics? Just ask in the comments for the item and I will usually take pics or additional measurements within 24 hrs!
Apologies, but I don’t hold onto receipts! For luxury items above $500, PM will do an authentication for you so you know the item is the real deal. I don’t buy knock offs ❌ so you can rest assure it is real, and I’ll include all packaging and certificates for items under $500.

Make me an offer! When I say no “lowball” offers, I mean offers that are less than 50% of the asking, particularly for luxury items! Usually I will counter offer if it is just too low for me, please remember PM takes 20% themselves so sellers are not making the full amount of what you paid.

I try to set my prices between a 50-60% discount (my average is currently 56%) so if you do really want something please make an offer and I will try to work with you! Remember, I am trying to clean out my closet so if I can work with your offer I will accept immediately!

Chances are if there is a holiday going on, I will increase my bundle discount or lower my listing prices, but I will always send offers to likers first! The best way to get alerted about an item you like being discounted is to like it!

Items aren’t cleared out at random in this house! I usually post similar listings (similar category or seasonal wear) together! Handbags get posted together, shoes, coats, etc. I live in NYC so I have to move stuff all four seasons which means chances are I’ll be posting!
