FC Jeans Chambray Fit and Flare Cutout Dress

I absolutely love this fit and flare dress with cutouts from FC Jeans. It has always been a smidge short on my nearly 5'10" frame, but it's lovely and hard for me to let go of. Very gently used and in excellent condition. Skirt has pockets. I wore this bra-less, and I think you would have to based on the placement of the side cut outs. Nice and light weight for warm weather wear. Laying flat: Pit to pit 18.5in Shoulder to hem 35in
