FESTIVAL SKIRT {gently worn}

I LOOOOVE THIS! I don’t go to festivals anymore so I have no use for it :/ It’s actually a child’s size 10.5 but I promise it fits like a juniors small. It has three layers: the outer is a black mesh with sequins, the middle is a black skirt overlay, and the base is black shorts.
