FIANDACA Black Lace Drop Waist Dress Vintage 80s Mod Taffeta Midi Skirt Size 12

Very unusual 1980's fancy party vaguely flapper-style dress by Italian American designer Alfred Fiandaca renowned for dressing politicians & celebrities in the 1960's thru 1980's. This dress has a black fitted bodice with lace-embellished cap sleeves and matching lace on both the dropped waistband and the hem. The lined taffeta skirt has a striking design of teal-colored flowing ribbons on a crisp white background and the hem is stiffened to make the skirt stand out from the body. Very good vintage condition - smells slightly perfumey.
