NWT Scarlett Brand Dress ~ 1990s ~ Green & Blue Plaid ~ Preppy ~ When I look at this dress now, I feel like it was from the 1890's and not the 1990's! ~ Get your headband and Bass weejuns out & buy this dress! ~ Classic style for the decade, scoop neck, faux button loops down the front, slit in front, ties at waist in back. ~ This style was designed to fall a bit above the ankle. ~ Measurements: Waist is about 17.5" and pit-to-pit is about 21". NOTE: Dress has sort of an hourglass shape...a few inches larger at the chest than the waist. The tie in back will allow a bit of cinching, but there is no spandex in the fabrication so really not much give. ~ Purchased at J.C. Penney. Made in the USA. Acetate/rayon/poly blend - noted as dry clean only. ~ Purchased by me decades ago, never worn, in tote storage through a few moves and here we are. ~ My home is smoke & pet free.
