FINAL PRICE: Shirred Waist Floral Summer Dress

Adorable summer dress. Blavk, white & brown. Surplice neckline. Ruffle trim detail on skirt. Bottom of skirt has subtle flare. Adjustable straps. Fully lined. Worn 3 times max so in excellent condition with exception of front brown flower which bled a little, adding a subtle highlighted effect of extra color around the petals. Says size 6 but runs Small. Waist when laid flat: 21" but shirred section stretches quite a bit (mannequin has 26.5" waist & stretches manually to 31.5"; Length: 36.25".
