50s/60s Vintage Wicker 'Papaya' Purse this vintage wicker woven purse is even more gorgeous in person. the colors are still vibrant and the material still has a lot of life. only one issue to note in this very old purse. there is a bit of fraying happening due to age, with the biggest spot being on the handle. please check photos I believe this to be 1950s, but, novelty purses such as this were popular in the 1960s as well as the 1940s To me, she looks like a papaya, but, I cant help but think it may be something else... measures about 14' long
