@openwindowstyle I am a 6-8 in women’s but I can fit in both of these dresses because of the elastic on the empire waist. The medium fits me better ... just depends on bra size. I’m an between 34C/36B but if you are larger than I would do large juniors dress! Hope that helps 😊
