This dress was made by the top designers at Milano Formals, the color of the dress is navy blue with more purple sequins on the skirt that glitter all different colors when the light hits them. It does have lines without sequins which you can tell by the stock photo is the design of the dress however it is missing a few sequins in one spot that isn’t the style (See pic # 6) which don’t show when worn.
