does this include booklet with directions on how to set it up. Also does it iinclude a band?

@woodsy63 Sorry, this doesn’t come with the booklet or box - setup instructions are available on Fitbit’s site though: https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_inspire_hr_en_US.pdf. This item also comes with only the small band, not the large one.

Description says this comes with strap, then says large strap not included. Does this mean that a strap is included, and if so, what size is it..?
