mamaisonbyjr @lbella0622 Thank you so very much! I believe I have on 3" heels. This is an Empire waist dress (meaning the waist starts just beneath the breast area) and the measurement is 43" from waist to the floor. Hopefully this information helps you. Thank you for your interest.
