PERFECT FOR HOLIDAY, CONCERTS, PHOTOS Short cap sleeved ELEGANCE! Top of bodice is a stretchy black velour (inside is a smooth lining). Bottom half of dress is black tulle with gold sequins. Under the tulle there is a smooth lining. This is a fabulous dress- worn just a few times. There are no holes in the tulle and no sequins hanging off, but with this level of sequins, sometimes there's a thread here there. **NOTE-the dress has small fabric/strings for a thin belt. I usually cut them off because my girl did not wear the belts. I left them on the dress in case you have another belt that would work or you can cut them off too. I will update the listing if I find the belt.** Hand wash. Smoke-free home. Reasonable offers appreciated.
