nickis_closet @stephaniepb Hello! The bust is 18" and the waist is 14". I am a 32DD and definitely have room in the bust. It really is the cutest dress.

nickis_closet @stephaniepb The waist band does not stretch but sits right under your bust. There is also a snap on the side that you can open to put on the dress. :)
