alanasade3 @nessadearest Measurements laying flat : Bust 16.5 inches (note that the back is adjustable with a tie back) Waist 11.5 inches (elastic, not stretched- can stretch to 16in) Length - shoulder to hem : 33inches (waist to hem 18inches) Hope that helps!
