FLAW L’IDÉE Soirée Pleated Halter Side Slit Gown

Alright bear with me because this dress is a little bit of a project. The fabric loop the goes around the neck is totally missing. In order to make this dress work as a halter, I put a necklace through the hole which I think worked pretty well. You could also try a ribbon or something else. Otherwise condition is perfect!
