*FLAW* RTR Love, Whit by Whitney Port White Puff Sleeve Wrap Dress - size S

Rent the Runway previously worn piece, but in great condition. Two small flaws (see last two pictures) - front has a slight discoloration at neckline. Have tried getting it out with some stain remover, but did not try bleaching. There is also a tiny grey spot near the center on the back. Priced lower because of these issues. An easy-breezy Love, Whit wrap dress that's sure to turn heads. White cotton (100% cotton). Wrap dress. Three quarter sleeve. V-neckline. Dress has two ties inside for wrap and one tie outside on front. Size small. Perfect for the beach! Note: Various reviews online say that the sleeves are tight and don't have stretch. The opening on the sleeve of this dress is about 3.75" diameter. Must have thin arms to fit comfortably! PTP: rests at 16", but has stretch to about 19" Waist: approx. 14" Length: 38" Always willing to consider reasonable offers, plus bundle and save!
