FLEURISH Ruffled Button Down Textured Sheer Blouse

Beautiful and well maintained vintage blouse with a front spectrum of beautiful ruffles and a tie up collar creating a nice finish look. Blouse has been dry cleaned. Please look over pics and feel free to ask any questions. Measuring approximately 11” long sleeves- shorter part 8” L and 6” wide. Blouse is 24.25” long and 16” wide with a 4.5”wide neck. Collar tie is 19” long and an 1” wide. In good used condition no stains, marks or holes.
