Measurements 19” across the shoulder and 13” across the waist, approximate.This item has never been worn but it was in the closet for a bit. some slight yellowing to the front lace. Not noticeable when wearing, the lighting in photo seems to make it darker than it is. Tiny pink spot on back see photo, may be makeup or color transfer. Not noticeable. Made in the USA.
