FLORAL OFF-SHOULDER BLOUSE/TOP SIZE SMALL BY TWINE & STRING CREAM BACKGROUND

This is a pretty floral top/blouse on ivory background with adjustable straps; it's an off-shoulder top. The sleeves are layered; neckline is ruffled. It has bright colors of red,yellow, pink, blue and green. The top appears to be polyester; my sister, previous owner, removed the tag. From Twine & String, made in China. Pre-owned in good condition
