FLUTTER Striped Lightweight Tunic Top w/ Buttons and Pockets, Navy and White

This top, by FLUTTER, is really versatile and great. It's in excellent pre-owned condition, with no visible flaws. The fabric is 100% cotton and very soft. The top has a whitish/lightish-blue base and navy stripes. It buttons down the front and has pockets on each side. Laid flat, this size L top measures about 20 inches from armpit to armpit and about 29 inches from shoulder to hem. The hem is longer at the sides than at the center.
