The bust is 34in in total 17inch across each side; armpit to armpit. The tag sadly only says that the fabric is from Vietnam nothing else on it.

@dalupa73 the fabric reminds me of silk though but it’s from forever 21 so it’s probably a faux silk mix definitely has rayon in it.
