FOREVER 21 Dress

Forever 21 red dress with white polka dots and yellow sunflowers. 95% cotton, 5% spandex/elastane. Very soft and flattering! NOTE: Size medium according to the tag, but I think it fits more like a size small since I normally wear size small or extra small and it fit me well. See photos for measurements. Dress material is slightly stretchy. Cute summer dress, like new, only worn once and then hand washed and hang dried.
