This is a Forever 21 Mini Dress. The fit is fitted...bodycon...bandage. The whole dress is stretchy. The pattern is kind of a multicolor kaleidoscope pattern. It has cut out, mesh triangle panels at each side (enhancing the waistline). It zips up the back and the upper back is also mesh. It is sleeveless with shoulder straps with one strap that goes across the upper back.
