FOREVER 21 Floral Off-the-Shoulder Romper

Super cute FOREVER 21 romper!! The romper is off-the-shoulder and is in this adorable blue, green, white, and orange floral pattern!! I’ve only worn this once during a vacation! Size SMALL but I think it kind of shrunk after one wash, I’d say it’s actually an XS now. The smallest portion of the waist measures about 13” across if that helps.
