FOREVER 21 Little Black Dress

This little black dress is perfect for many occasions. The polyester velvet fabric is stretchy and form-fitting with adjustable shoulder straps. It gathers slightly on one side of the waist and features an asymmetric drop at the front hemline (see photo). Very cute!
