FOREVER 21 NWT Black and Pink Embroidered Floral Party Dress, Size L.

Reposhing this item I purchased from @malice_55. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below! I loved this dress so much, but it didn't fit. It is so pretty and is a mesh/tulle material with some poofiness and embroidery all over it. It almost gives me Mexican embroidery vibes due to the colors and floral embroidery. I so wish it would have fit me, but I hope someone else will enjoy it. It's a large, but runs small, more like a medium.
