Plus size FOREVER 21 black lace shorts with functional front pockets. Generous Size 14. Waist is 20" from left to right seam. Back pockets are decorative. Has belt loops. Front button and zipper closure. I'm 5'3 and they are mid thigh for me. Just a little too short for my comfort level. I have to wear them on my hips because they are too wide in the waist. These would be really cute with a bodysuit and maybe a blazer and can be dressed up with heels. Never worn. No tags. Smoke free home.

bigbubbles2323 @dmattes27284 Hi there. So from the left hip seam to the right hip seam, with the shorts lane flat, it's 20". So it would be a 40-in waist. Hope that helps.
