FOREVER 21 Vintage Black 100% Cotton dress with embroidered flowers. PRETTY!

I love this dress and you will too! This dress is vintage from forever 21. It’s 100% cotton size small. It is very light weight so you’d probably have to wear a slip or some thing underneath it but it is so adorable it has embroidered flowers at the top of the dress. It is in great condition.
