This coat is brand new. It does not have tags, but it has never been worn. It's made with 20% wool so it is not soft. It does have two pockets and a single button with an elastic wrap at the front. The pattern of the body is slightly different than the pattern on the sleeves (tried to show in photos). Forever21 Medium.
