FOREVER21 Orange Floral Dress

This dress has beautiful detailed sleeves, and has a tie around the waist to give you that hourglass figure. The boat neckline is a nice touch and the floral pattern offers a very sweet, girly look. Zips up the back. There is a small rip on the seam on the back of the dress by the zipper (as shown in picture 3)
