FORMAL 💜💜 DRESS

Cute formal dress with beaded top. Single strap. Tulle overlay and flares at bottom. All of the tags were removed. It needs a few beads reattached that are loose. No major stains or rips noted. The chest looks to be about a size B cup, maybe a small C at best. Chest 32" across, waist 28", length 30 from top of the busy line. Price reflective of the need for the bead work.
