This dress is absolute FIRE!!! It’s mid calf length, lightweight, fully functional buttons all the way down, starts blue, dips to a creamy, buttery yellow, and finishes in pink at the bottom. The midsection is smocked all the way around. Excellent preloved condition. There are some frayed threads, but it’s the style of this dress where the smocking is. This dress does not have a lot of stretch so please ask questions prior to purchase.
