Is there a way to clean that spot off the bag somehow or is it permanent?

@tessarena88 hi, I tried to clean it for some reason I thought I was damaging the leather by doing that, however, as I mentioned this is at the back of the bag so it won’t really effect the appearance of the bag at all. It is a beautiful buttery soft leather. I m sure you would love it in person🙂
