allisonlynn17 @vvberry99 thanks for asking! About 19” if zipped at minimum; I’d say there’s good stretch to the knit since I’m a 38DD - though I always wore half zipped or not at all. Not a definite shoulder, but I measured 22.5” shoulder to bottom where it hits me. The zipper is a two-way, so you can zip up just the center portion (have the bottom and top open) - hope that makes sense. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
