@pinuppinkpoodle It was shipped via USPS aka the post office. Here's the tracking number 9405 5108 9935 9647 3666 54. Sometimes the post office will not want to put the boxes in mail box etc. Maybe the placed near door area or porch?

@pinuppinkpoodle I really hope you find the jacket. I'm so beside myself over this. I wasn't going to sell it because it's quite a rare find. If I was you I would ask your neighbors even. I know the USPS in Cali has messed up delivery for me at my SD place. Please let me know when you find it! I know you will I have good faith.

@drogistin I am heartbroken. I called the post office, they have no idea but gave me a claim number after being on hold for an hour and a half. I am baffled, we never get Sunday mail? And the normal mail carrier, he knows to put the packages in the side gate not in front of the door. If you put packages in front of the door of course they will get stolen, my door sits in wide open view on a busy street.

I looked all over, I checked with all my neighbors, no one has any clue as to what happened. I wish I had to sign for it! I would rather go to the post office and wait 15 min in line than have this happen and be stuck on calls, etc... :( I seriously can't believe this. I really hope it will show up...

@pinuppinkpoodle omg. That's one issue with Poshmark. They use post office and regular shipping. I'm beside myself as well. The jacket was amazing! I seriously wore it 5 times maybe 3. I really seriously hope it shows up. I'm hoping posh or USPS reimburse you. They do have Sunday mail for the priority mailing. I hated the USPS out in CA it was always so unorganized. Has Posh made a comment regarding this?

I have never sold anything, but yes wow. That is so stupid to use regular mail with no signing, additional insurance etc... UGH! It looked super amazing. I wanted it so bad! I wouldn't have spent all that money for nothing. I hope it just went to a wrong house, they saw it and said oh this isn't mine handed it back to the carrier and it will show up in a few days. Poshmark said I have to wait until Feb 1 to make a claim with them. USPS said they only cover $100 of the loss at max. :( FML!

Besides the point, even if I do get my money back I will never find another jacket like this again. I spent all night looking for one and that is the saddest part of all of this. I just really want that jacket, I really hope it shows up... I really don't want to fight for a refund, it's so awful that USPS can't get their crap together and that we suffer as a result of their negligence.

@pinuppinkpoodle wow what a mess. I'm so beside myself too. I can't believe that this happened. I wasn't going to sell it because it's so rare. I put it in a priority Medium mailing box. I'm a posh ambassador and I honestly never had this happen before. I reached out to Posh telling them their shipping system is majorly flawed. I'm seeing what their response is. I would try to talk to mailman and see if they remember any boxes being delivered there. Hopefully this works out
