FP One Free People Black on Blue Flounced Mini Skirt

A flirty little mini in a very soft, denim like material. It features a Flounced wrap skirt with raw fringe on the end of the ruffles. Two long ties Can be wrapped in various ways. The color is a black dye with shades of dark blue underneath. Other than the label, there is no other care or material tags. I personally would hand wash in case it bleeds. Size 0 Approx length of skirt from back from top of waistband to bottom of ruffle- 16”. The fringe adds another 1””
