carringrc @kattigger I do not know exact measurements, I am 5'9" and it skims the floor when I wear flats. It is made out of stretchy material, probably would fit size 6-8,

carringrc @lizieann the top is almost like an elastic, very stretchy material. I do not know the dimensions for the dress but should comfortably fit most.
