FRANCESCA’S long-sleeved, off the shoulder blouse

beautiful blue, long-sleeved, off the shoulder blouse. purchased this at Francesca’s and it was too big for me so i never wore it. there is one (pretty unnoticeable) flaw in the picture where part of the fabric is a little lighter than the rest. really cute shirt to dress up any outfit!! the material is also very soft to the touch.
