FRANK LYMAN Design gorgeous navy w/ bright floral dress gold zipper back

This is a gorgeous Frank Lyman Design floral dress in Navy with bright floral and butterflies. It has a gold back zipper and a flap on the back hem. The top half is fully lined in hot pink. It is in good pre owned condition with very little pilling. There are a couple light white pulls on the front. I did photograph that and added them in the listing. The dress is so stunning it isn’t something that is really that noticeable. I have added approx tape measurements to ensure the perfect fit for you!
